1. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original condition
With all tags and packaging intact
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
2. Return Policy
We only offer returns in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the issue.
Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange or return.
Customized or altered products cannot be exchanged or returned.
4. Shipping Charges
