1. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and packaging intact

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.

2. Return Policy
  • We only offer returns in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Customized or altered products cannot be exchanged or returned.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Process

  • Our team will verify your request.

  • Send the item back as instructed.

  • Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange.


6. Important Notes

  • Color may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.

  • Exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days after receiving the item.
